Welcome to The Ukulele Tutor
Stuart Butterworth BA (Hons) PGCE is a musician, teacher, conductor and composer of some thirty-years-standing. He started teaching the ukulele in 2010 and currently teaches over 100 students of all ages each week. Most of Stuart's ukulele work is in his home county of Dumfries and Galloway, South West Scotland but he is also in demand as a workshop leader UK-wide. He is the founder and leader of D.U.K.E.S. (Dumfries and Galloway Ukulele Strummers and Singers), he directs the ukulele band 'A Touch of Purple' and is the Creative Director of the Ukulele Festival of Scotland.

We meet on Mondays and Thursdays, Term-Time only:
Monday: TPCC
6.00 pm - 7.00 pm: DUKES Easy Peasy Hour
7.15 pm - 8.15 pm: DUKES Jam
Thursday: CPH
4.15 pm - 5.15 pm: A Touch of Purple
5.45 pm - 6.45 pm: A Touch of Purple
